Colonial Landscaping offers:

  • Planting & seasonal services

  • Trucking / backhoe work

  • Additional services as agreed upon in writing

Each project may require a separate written estimate or agreement.


2. Quotes & Scheduling

  • All estimates are based on the information you provide.

  • Final pricing may adjust based on site conditions, scope changes, or additional requests.

  • Appointment times are approximate; weather or job complexity may affect scheduling.

  • Some services may require deposits prior to work commencement.


3. Payments

  • Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Colonial Landscaping accepts electronic payments, checks, and invoiced billing.

  • Late payments may result in fees, delayed future services, or collection action.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

  • Certain projects, materials, or custom work require non-refundable deposits.

  • Same-day cancellations for scheduled crew labor may incur a fee.


5. Property Access & Safety

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the service area

  • Ensure pets and occupants are secured

  • Disclose any hazards, underground lines, or obstructions

We are not responsible for concealed issues or pre-existing property conditions.


6. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Outdoor services may be delayed due to:

  • Rain

  • Snow

  • Hazardous temperatures

  • Safety concerns

We will reschedule at the earliest safe and available time.


7. Subcontractors

We may use qualified subcontractors to complete certain services. All subcontractors follow our standards and policies.


8. Limitation of Liability

Colonial Landscaping is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions

  • Delayed service due to weather or unforeseen events

  • Issues caused by inaccurate project information provided by the customer

Our responsibility is limited to the scope outlined in the written estimate.
